We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles.

Requirements:
Must have previous maintenance experience
Must have your own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Able to work independently and handle basic to intermediate maintenance tasks
Dependable, punctual, and professional

Pay:
$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
General maintenance and repairs
Troubleshooting and fixing issues as they come up
Keeping properties/equipment in good working condition
