Job Description

Talent Sourcing Direct Inc. is currently hiring a 2nd Shift Production Assistant / Forklift Operator for a well-established beverage manufacturing company in San Fernando, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for reliable candidates with 1–2 years of forklift experience who are seeking long-term employment and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (required)

- Assist with production support tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and material handling

- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

- Pre-weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes

- Set up and operate pumps, hoses, and production equipment

- Sanitize equipment before and after use in compliance with GMP standards

- Lift and move materials up to 60 lbs regularly

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of recent forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up required)

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Basic math skills

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
