Customer Service Representative – Fashion Company

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Proficient in computer operations, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

College degree or above required.
