Responsibilities:
Grind, sand, polish, and buff metal surfaces to required specifications
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience as a metal finisher or in a similar role preferred
Ability to read basic drawings or work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift and handle metal materials
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
