CARPENTER: Concrete/Framing Carpenter

Overview:
We're a dedicated construction business specializing in foundations and framing based right here in Helena, regularly traveling to our neighboring cities (Great Falls, Bozeman, Missoula, etc.). We value a strong work ethic, quality work, and persons that take PRIDE in building from the ground up--literally.

We're on the lookout for a LOCAL, RELIABLE individual who knows their way around a job site, has their own reliable transportation, and can help us keep our projects running smoothly. If you take pride in building sturdy frames and solid foundations, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

-Perform construction estimating and blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans and specifications
-Execute frame carpentry, and metal stud framing with attention to detail
-Operate hand tools, power tools, and some heavy equipment, safely and efficiently
-Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plastering, and water damage restoration as needed
-Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site work
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:

-Proven experience (2+yrs) in constructions with skills in carpentry, roofing, concrete, or related trades
-Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
-Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
-Knowledge of basic building codes, and safety standards
-Experience with wood and metal stud framing
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various project requirements
-Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed
-Construction site experience is essential; we'll know if you're fakin' to make it
-Valid ID and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team is required
