OTR Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) – Experienced Pros Only

The Role

You’ll be operating a well-maintained box truck, moving freight across the Midwest and Southeast and back to Santa Rosa. This is an OTR position, meaning you should be comfortable with multi-day hauls and managing your schedule effectively to meet delivery windows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of verifiable OTR experience in a box truck or similar commercial vehicle.

Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR (No major violations in the last 3 years).

Reliability: You understand that "on time" is "late" and "early" is "on time."

Tech Savvy: Ability to use ELD logs, GPS, and smartphone apps for checking in/out of loads.

Professionalism: You are the face of our company at every dock. Good communication skills are a must.

Physical Ability: Must be able to handle basic freight requirements (strapping, padding, and occasional loading/unloading if required).

Requirements

Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Must have a valid DOT Medical Card.

Willingness to stay out on the road for 2 weeks at a time!
