JOB SUMMARY
As a Vehicle Patrol Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for patrolling designated routes in a company-issued vehicle (with some foot patrol as needed). Your role is to deter crime, protect client property, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as a visible crime deterrent with a professional, approachable demeanor
* Perform routine patrols to maintain safety and security
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Investigate and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and irregularities
* Complete accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and vehicle inspections
* Enforce policies and remove trespassers when necessary
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
* Follow all company safety and security protocols
* Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Active BSIS Guard Card
* Clean driving record + valid driver’s license
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Reliability and punctuality are mandatory
* Must be 18+ (25+ preferred for insurance considerations)
* Completion of AB2880 (40-hour training)
* 1+ year of experience preferred
* Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
* Able to lift up to 25 lbs
* Reliable transportation to and from work

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent

SCHEDULE
* Typical shift: 7:30 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. / 5:00 a.m.
* Must be available on weekends and holidays
* Overtime may be required; paid according to CA law
