! Commercial Painting Foreman/Capataz de pintura comercial !

Premier Commercial Painting, Inc. is one of Ventura and L.A. counties most reputable commercial painting companies. We paint large scale exterior commercial communities such as homeowner associations, apartment communities and retail centers. Our company is based out of Westlake Village, CA 91362. We are looking for a Foreman with experience painting HOA's. References will be verified.
Requirements:
• Commercial spray and brush/roll experience, HOA's
• Bilingual
• Organized with good verbal communication skills
• Reliable Transportation (truck or van preferred). Must be able to drive to Ventura county cities, Santa Clarita area, San Fernando Valley
• Driver's License with clean record
• Valid SS number and employment authorization if applicable
• Full time Mon-Fri/40 hours per week
• Hourly rate DOE
