Overview:
We’re seeking a Hoist Operator to support active commercial construction projects across multiple job sites in the West Palm Beach area. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain construction hoists to safely transport workers and materials and help keep site logistics running smoothly. Projects are in early-stage phases, and this hire is needed urgently.

Responsibilities:

Operate material/personnel hoists safely to move crews, tools, and materials as directed by site supervision
Perform daily pre-use inspections and basic troubleshooting; report mechanical issues immediately
Coordinate hoist activity with ground crews and site leadership to maintain safe, efficient job site flow.
Follow all site safety protocols and maintain clear communication while operating equipment.

Requirements:

Must have 1+ year of hoist operating experience (less may be considered with strong hands-on ability).
Strong understanding of job site safety practices and communication on active construction sites.
Ability to work reliably across multiple job sites and follow direction from superintendents/foremen.
OSHA 10 (preferred, not required).
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
