FUKU Coral Gables Hiring BOH Team Members Start 2/16 $17/hr + tips

FUKU is opening a brand-new restaurant in Coral Gables, and we are building our founding team. We are hiring cross-trained Team Members who will learn both Front of House and Back of House stations. While everyone will train in both areas, we are primarily seeking candidates with Back of House experience to support our kitchen during opening.

This is a unique opportunity to join from day one, train together as a team, and help bring a brand-new restaurant to life in the Gables.

Paid training week:
February 16 through February 20

Opening events week:
February 23 through February 26

We require full availability for both weeks as part of our opening team.


Because this is a cross-trained role, Team Members may rotate between:

- BOH prep, cooking, and line work
- FOH service, guest interaction, and register
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Take orders and explain the menu
