Salon Coordinator/Receptionist

Haircuts Plus Clovis is a vibrant, customer-focused salon dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty experiences. As our Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see and the organizational heartbeat of our salon. You’ll manage the front desk, schedule clients, handle client inquiries, and ensure the salon runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and check in clients, offering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Manage phone calls and walk-in clients.
Maintain an organized and clean reception area and salon.
Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system.
Coordinate with stylists to ensure smooth scheduling.
Assist with retail product sales.
Reliable and Flexible - Must be available weekends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or salon/spa environment preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient with salon software and basic computer skills.
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
