Maid Runners is expanding and looking for motivated Account Managing Partners (1099 contractors). This role is ideal for people who enjoy talking to local businesses, building relationships, and earning strong commission-based income with long-term residuals.

Job Responsibilities

Prospect and connect with commercial cleaning decision-makers
Introduce Maid Runners’ services and set walkthroughs or quote opportunities
Conduct walkthroughs (or coordinate with us)
Submit leads through a simple system
Close new accounts with support from our team
Maintain communication with your active accounts
Compensation (1099 Contractor)New Business Commission

20% of first-month revenue for every new account signed

+Monthly Residuals:

5% recurring on all maintained active accounts
10% recurring on all active accounts when you generate $5,000+ in new business the next month

Qualifications:

Strong communicator, professional, organized
Comfortable speaking with business owners

Able to work as a 1099 contractor
No prior experience in cleaning industry is necessary

What You WILL Do:

Prospect local businesses and identify decision-makers
Start conversations about their cleaning needs
Set walkthroughs or quote opportunities
Conduct walkthroughs when needed (or coordinate with us)
Submit leads/accounts through a simple form or spreadsheet
Follow up with businesses you’ve spoken to
Close accounts with support from our quoting and deal-framing team
Maintain light communication & periodic contact with your active accounts for retention
Represent Maid Runners professionally in your territory

What You Will NOT Do:

❌ You will NOT clean
❌ You will NOT hire or manage cleaners
❌ You will NOT schedule cleaners or handle operations
❌ You will NOT clock in/out or follow employee-style procedures
❌ You will NOT be micromanaged or required to meet quotas
❌ You will NOT handle complex sales presentations — we keep it simple
❌ You will NOT spend money on marketing materials — we provide the essentials
❌ You will NOT need prior cleaning industry experience

You go into local business offices. You find the decision makers. You push for walkthroughs and therefore quotes and closed deals. You then maintain that relationship as the front person on that account.

Maid Runners handles all the backend- Branding, insurance, hiring/training/scheduling cleaners, payroll.
