We are currently seeking experienced, professional vendors with hands-on expertise in either tenant-occupied rental maintenance and/or property preservation, and REO services.

We’re looking for vendors who understand the importance of professional conduct, clear communication, and timely, high-quality workmanship-whether working in occupied homes or vacant/foreclosed properties, while minimizing disruptions.

- Quality workmanship and clean job sites.
- Clear communication, prompt responses, update on changes.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders, photos, and reporting.
