Caregiver / Resident Assistant (Live-In Only) – 6-Bed RCFE

We are a licensed 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Corona.
We are seeking a dependable and caring Caregiver / Resident Assistant to join our team as a live-in caregiver (24-hour shifts with private accommodations).
The ideal candidate will provide personal care and daily living assistance while maintaining compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Title 22 regulations.

Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
· Provide meal assistance, hydration, and medication reminders.
· Engage residents in conversation, companionship, and daily activities.
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards.
· Record daily care logs, observations, and incident reports accurately.
· Communicate any changes in condition promptly to the Administrator.
· Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.

Qualifications
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Minimum 6 months – 1 year of caregiving experience (RCFE, assisted living, or home-care setting preferred).
· Live Scan fingerprint clearance and criminal background check required.
· Current TB test and health screening.
· CPR and First Aid certification required.
· Medication training preferred.
· Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
