Job Description
We are an established and expanding wholesale company specializing in fashion accessories. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team in South El Monte. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys client interaction and seeks a position with significant long-term growth potential.
Core Responsibilities:
Bilingual Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse retail partners, providing professional assistance via phone and email.
Order & Inquiry Management: Efficiently process wholesale orders and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and shipment status.
Autonomous Problem Resolution: Independently troubleshoot and resolve logistical or order-related challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and "pleasing phone personality" to foster strong, lasting partnerships with our retail clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Professional Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with a focus on clear, courteous, and effective phone etiquette.
Self-Directed & Resourceful: Ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: South El Monte, CA (In-office)
Compensation: Competitive; TBA based on experience.
