Warehouse Forklift Operator (Experienced Only)

We are a fast-growing logistics company and are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team.

This position requires professional-level forklift operating skills. Only candidates with solid, hands-on forklift experience in warehouse environments should apply.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

Operate forklifts professionally and safely inside the warehouse

Load and unload inbound and outbound freight

Organize, stack, and rearrange pallets accurately and efficiently

Support daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows

Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as needed

✅ Qualifications (IMPORTANT)

Proven forklift operating experience is REQUIRED

Must be able to operate a forklift confidently, precisely, and independently

Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures

Ability to perform warehouse tasks efficiently and accurately

Basic to conversational English communication skills

Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Team player with a strong work ethic

📍 Work Conditions

Location: Vernon, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime: Available when needed

Overtime Pay: 1.5× hourly rate
