Staffing Onsite Manager

Our client is currently seeking or in need of an On-Site Coordinator in Los Angeles, California to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and keep fulfillment running smoothly. This role serves as the point person on the floor, ensuring teams have clear direction, safe conditions, and the resources to hit goals. You’ll partner closely with logistics, transportation, HR, and customer service to keep orders moving and issues contained. Success looks like organized shifts, accurate records, and a calm, safety-first operation, even when volumes spike.


The Day-to-Day:
• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Balance workflow and staffing levels to maintain throughput and on-time order fulfillment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, transportation, HR, and customer service to remove blockers.
• Troubleshoot operational problems quickly to protect service levels.
• Maintain precise documentation for inventory, headcount, and production figures.
• Compile and deliver clear reports covering output, staffing, and safety indicators.
• Drive process improvements that lift efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance performance.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics or management is a plus.
• Hands-on background in warehouse operations .

• Proven leadership with the ability to set expectations, give feedback, and build engagement.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.


Pay Rate:
• $25.00 Per hour or DOE
