Role Summary: The Polisher is responsible for the final step in the paint process.

The Paint Polisher:
⦁ Understands and follows the Repair Order
⦁ Uses polish products according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures
⦁ Cover vehicle to prevent compound overspray
⦁ Maintain tools and equipment within department
⦁ Maintain a clean and orderly production area throughout the day
⦁ Comply with OSHA procedures
⦁ Work closely with and take direction from the head painter
⦁ Assist their team in meeting target delivery dates

Required:
⦁ At least 1 year of paint polish experience, preferably in a high production shop
⦁ Willing to learn and work with a team
⦁ Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) a bonus
