Job Description

Position: Office Manager needed for a construction company.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Schedule: Full-Time. Must be available after hours when needed.

Duties:
1. Answering phones and handling incoming leads.
2. Dispatch and scheduling.
3. Paperwork and financial tasks.
4. Work closes with 2 sales representatives.
5. Full control of production, dispatch, finance, and accounting tasks.
6. Work with Home Depot orders and processes.

Requirements:
1. Must have 1 year experience in construction office management.
2. Mature, responsible, and fast-paced.
3. Must be organized, able to multitask, and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. High communication skills.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
7. Ability to manage multiple departments and tasks at once.

Compensation: $4,000-$5,000 per month depending on experience.
