Sales Cold Caller & Lead Generator Position Available!

ATP offers design, engineering, permit submission, expediting, interior design, and general construction services throughout Los Angeles County. Our company has real-life experience navigating through the challenging waters of development and construction in Los Angeles over the last 30 years. Our company exists to help homeowners and builders with those exact challenges today.



What You Will Do:

Conduct calls and assist in lead generation by researching potential clients and updating lead information and data.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate tasks and support daily operations.


What We’re Looking For

Comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and engaging with customers via text messaging, emailing, calling, and even video calls. (Zoom or Google Meet)
Experience with CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or lead management is a plus.
Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

Must Have:
Ability to come into the office 5 times a week (Part-time or Full-time)
Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience
A working computer and phone (Both)
Knows how to use Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets (or Microsoft Office)

Preferred
Spanish speaker
