🔑 Responsibilities
• Drive outbound calls, emails, and follow ups to build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for SmartHire365’s subscriptions
• Develop relations with real estate agents, small business owners, looking for an ‘extra hand’ with Intern-Analyst roles
• Present clear, persuasive product demos and communicate the unique value offered by SmartHire365’s products
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and execution
• Maintain accurate CRM or Excel tracking for leads, client interactions, and deal progress
• Partner with marketing and operations to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and boost conversion rates
• Consistently achieve sales targets

🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
• Comfortable with high volume outreach and structured sales processes
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• A self starter mindset with a drive to hit goals and grow professionally

• Background in remote work or virtual assistant services
