Job Description
Compensation & Terms
- Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (Starting pay determined after interview based on experience).
- Final rate will be determined after the interview
- Trial Period: Starts as an hourly position for the first 3 months.
- Career Path: Opportunity to transition to a Salaried Position after a 3-month performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Unit Management: Oversee daily operations for three food court locations, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
- Team Communication: Act as a bridge between management and staff; communicate tasks clearly to a diverse team.
- Staff Supervision: Train new hires and supervise kitchen/front-of-house staff to maintain high performance.
Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels for all units and coordinate with vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure all units meet New Jersey health and safety regulations.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
Language Requirements
- English (Required): Must be able to communicate fluently with customers and handle administrative tasks.
- Spanish (Highly Preferred): Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or retail management.
- Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Flexible schedule (Weekends and Holidays).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
