Front Desk Administrator
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and people-friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and handle inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Coordinate vendor orders and help maintain office supplies
- Enter, update, and manage data accurately
- Handle general office tasks like filing, scanning, email correspondence, and photocopying
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical needs
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and office team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, front desk, or clerical role
- Comfortable using computers and office software (Excel experience is a plus, not a must)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly communication style, especially on the phone
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
