Skilled carpenter, foreman, project manager and sales

Please read entire post before responding. If you don’t have ALL of these qualifications then please don’t respond thank you. This is for 2 different job positions. Busy construction company looking for an experienced worker and also looking for project manage and also someone to cold call for sales. I’m not looking for someone just coming to work to get hours each week I need someone who will be invested with their time and take it seriously because as the company grows so will your compensation. Please respond with your age, town, experience and your past jobs you’ve had.

-Carpenter/foreman who knows all aspects of construction. 12+ years experience a must and will check references. I need someone who pays attention to detail and does not take shortcuts, is not sloppy, works clean, works well with others, works at a fast pace and gets work done, needs to be reliable, have transportation and tools. someone who does not need to be watched over and knows every aspect of construction. I need to be able to tell you what we need to get done and get it finished fast and correct and understand what needs to be done and not only do exactly what you’re told to do but look ahead and realize what needs to be done and just get it done without being told. Pay is based on experience and will be paid hourly every week.

- Sales: need someone to cold call apartment buildings, strip malls, management companies etc and try to get us work doing property maintenance for their real estate. We would be the ones to take care of every aspect of their property. Pay would be weekly pay plus an extra percentage for jobs you land for us on top of the weekly pay. Must know construction in order to answer questions the potential customers may have and in order to sell to the potential customer. I don’t mind if you work from home or in an office as long as you bring in consistent new work every week
