Job Title: Laborer and /or Carpenter /Tile Installer

Pay: Comensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Framing, blocking, and structural modifications

Cabinet installation and trim carpentry

Door and window installation

Light demo and job site prep

Reading basic plans and following scope of work

Assisting with punch-list and finish details

Qualifications:

2-4+ years carpentry or remodeling experience preferred

Ability to work independently and with a crew and alone.

Comfortable using power tools (saws, nailers, drills, etc.)

Understanding of residential construction methods

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail
