About the Role:
As a Junior Logistics Administration/Data Entry specialist at A1 Delivery Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics & accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of inventory and other logistical information. Your meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes. Working closely with our accounting manager and logistics delivery teams, you will help streamline operations and maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into our systems, including inventory records, shipment details, and other supply chain information.
Assist with the maintenance of inventory databases and tracking systems.
Collaborate with the logistics team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Communicate effectively with internal management to address any discrepancies or issues.
Assist in ordering barcodes for all locations

ABOUT YOU:
Highly organized and methodical, with a strong attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a "go-getter" attitude and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a logistics, parts department or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with the ability to perform intermediate-level functions such as data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Solutions based problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Schedule:
Monday thru Friday in person at corporate HQ in Jurupa Valley
