Customer Service - Manufacturing

United Staffing Associates is looking immediately for a Customer Service/Admin for one of our Manufacturing/Distribution companies in Corona- must have B2B skills. Must have good CSR skills in manufacturing/warehouse industry.

• Process customer orders received via email, fax, or EDI and confirm back to customers and/or sales representatives within 24 hours.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order tracking, ETAs, availability, backorders, and other order-related information.
• Send pick lists to appropriate warehouses for order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer conflicts and complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and team collaboration.
• Provide quality customer service and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with front desk coverage, including reception and handling multi-line phone systems.
• Perform other duties as required.
