Customer Service Representative $18-$19 per hour DOE

8:00am-5:00pm / Location: Culver City / Pay rate: $18-19 per hour DOE

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep, for a Manufacturing company.
Prior experience in call centers and Manufacturing environments is Required!
Customer service work experience required.
This position requires a strong eye for detail and communication. Bilingual in Spanish is required as you will be contacting international clients in South America !
This position will be part customer service over the phone, and part administrative/clerical.

Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails from customers regarding orders. (New order, orders in process, arrival of orders)
Perform Filling duties
Maintain customer files so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sort and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes)
Make outgoing calls and take phone messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Utilize office appliances such as Scanners, printers, voicemail, and computer for word processing, and spreadsheet creation etc.
Data Entry
Walk to manufacturing floors to verify information for shipping and order updates.
Perform other office duties as needed
Requirements
Proficient in MS; outlook, excel, and word
Great communication skills over the phone.
Fast typist and heavy data entry.
Very good Organization and multi-task skills

Bilingual in Spanish is required
Previous customer service work experience required.
Must clear background check, drug screening and E-verify.

Required education:
High school or equivalent
2-3 years in Customer Service/Support Role
