Locations: South Bay, Inglewood & Long Beach, CA

Pay: $22.00/hour + $350 Monthly Auto Allowance + Tiered commission ($200-$300 per lease)

Earning Potential: Strong performers $80k- $85k+ annually

Schedule: Full-Time (Tuesday to Saturday)


About the Role


As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing available units, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also support day-to-day office operations, respond to resident inquiries, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the community. What You’ll Do

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely, professional manner.
Conduct property tours and highlight features that meet prospective tenants’ needs.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signing.
Meet or exceed occupancy goals, leasing quotas, and monthly performance metrics.
Build rapport with prospective and current tenants through consistent follow-up and communication.
Address questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Provide move-in/move-out support to ensure a positive resident experience.
Process applications, conduct background checks, verify income, and review required documentation.
Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal paperwork.
Maintain accurate records in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage).
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws, local regulations, and company policies.
Promote available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
Ensure model units and common areas are clean, staged, and ready for tours.
Assist with marketing events, resident engagement activities, and referral programs.

Requirements
Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Competence with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations
Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work weekends or evenings when needed
Preferred Skills

Yardi Voyager experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Commission Tiers:
• 1–5 leases: $200 per lease
• 6–10 leases: $250 per lease
• 11+ leases: $300 per lease
