Woodworker Helper / Laborer Welder

Hey,
I am a woodworker and welder looking for a helper. We make Custom Tables and Bars. I am a one man shop and have part time guy two days a week to help out but that not enough. I also service woodworking machinery, and I’m fixing up an old movie theater. I am need of a right hand man to help with projects, like ripping wood on a tablesaw, glue ups, maintenance of the machinery and equipment, sanding of the wood tables and day to day operations. I also own an old movie theater where we have events. There is alway painting, repairs, cleaning, and maintenance needed to improve the space.
During summer months we service high school woodshop equipment where I need someone young and hardworking to vacuum out the machinery (which involves climbing under the machinery to clean out and lubricant moving parts) That’s why I require someone young to be able to get into things like that.
We do cool work. I have nice machinery and equipment. We do a lot of welding so someone I can teach to cut the steel and prep the steel for welding. I am looking for someone who has common sense, hardworking and wants to learn and grow.
-Must be drug free
-No Smokers
-No Felonies (cause we do work in schools and they scan ID’s
The job is always something different each week. Going out to jobs, working in the shop, maintaining the old building, cleaning and organizing the shop and building for events. Etc…
We Work 7 hour days Monday-Friday 8:30-4
Must be knowledgeable with tools, equipment, and be proficient with reading a Tape Measurer.
