Job Description
We are seeking a Support Account Manager to join our team. You will work with and for one customer to offer solutions and account suport.
Responsibilities: Present and sell products, through presentations, new item paperwork, website support, rep support, social media (work with the team)
Qualifications: Work on Sage (can be trained as well), MAC, previous experience in customer service or related fields, EXCEL, Word, deadline and detail oriented. Work well with other teams such as art department, purchasing, reps, marketing, social media.
