Applicants must be able to:
- Clean, Sweep, Mop, Scrub, Vacuum Building and Restrooms
- Gather and Empty Trash
- Replace Lights
- Light Repairs
- Clean and Shampoo Carpets
- Take Photos and Communicate with Cell Phone
- Performs other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed


Qualifications and Skills:
- Kneel, bend, and stoop on a frequent basis.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Basic English skills reading/writing/speaking
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
- Authorized to work in the United States
