We are a locally owned, family-operated valet and parking management company based in Los Angeles. What started as a small operation has continued to grow through strong relationships and consistent service.
We are not a corporate environment — we value accountability, direct communication, and teamwork. As we continue expanding, we are looking for someone dependable who wants to be part of a growing company and contribute to building something long-term.
Location: Office-based (limited remote work available) Schedule: Part-time | 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. | 3–4 days per week Compensation: $20 per hour to start, with room for growth.
Position Overview
We are a valet and parking management company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is an entry-level role with a strong focus on data entry, report reconciliation, and office organization. Most work will be performed in-office, though occasional remote work may be available.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Report Reconciliation (Primary Responsibility)
- Transfer daily and weekly shift reports from paper to computer systems - Enter and organize reports accurately into spreadsheets
- Reconcile reported credit card totals with Square transaction reports
- Verify that reported totals match Square system data
- Identify and flag discrepancies for management review
Office Organization & Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Scan, archive, shred, or recycle outdated documents - Maintain a clean and organized office workspace
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Tools Used
- Square (report review and reconciliation)
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Computer, scanner, and printer (training provided)
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets - Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and organized
- Prior administrative or data entry experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
