Male Caregiver Needed - Male Patient w/Advanced Dementia

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Male Caregiver to assist a lovely Male Patient who resides in Beverly Hills. He is 79 years of age with advanced Dementia. He is fully ambulatory, continent and very conversational but you will have to refocus and redirect. No hygiene assistance is required. Patient loves to get out and about. You also must love dogs.

Several shifts are available - let us know which works best for you.

SHIFTS:
Monday through Thursday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
8:00PM - 8:00AM

Friday, Saturday & Sunday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
8:00PM - 8:00AM

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Medication Reminders
*PT Exercises
*Assist patient on outings & activities
*Encourage hydration

MUST HAVES:
*Experience with advanced Dementia patients
*Valid Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
*Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*TB Test Results (or proof you have gotten a test recently)
*Second Form of ID (one of the following): Social Security Card or US Passport or US Passport Card or Valid Employment Authorization Card or Valid Permanent Resident Card
