Team Member at Caliche's Frozen Custard- Roadrunner

JOB SUMMARY: Team Members aka “Blue Aprons” make up the majority of the crew members for a shift. Team Members are to carry out the day-to-day activities of a Caliche’s location to make each shift a success. Day to day activities include but are not limited to, treating customers, handling money, being able to operate different machinery within the store, lifting and moving at least 40lbs, learning the menu and being able to make items according to Caliche’s quality and standards, etc. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES In the Team Member position, you will be required to Understand and memorize the menu and recipes of the business Have self-motivation Critically think Be determined Be quick on your feet Adapt well to changes Be reliable and punctual Take and respond appropriately to constructive criticism Communicate effectively with customers Communicate effectively with coworkers and upper management Be willing to learn Express team-building behaviors Be able to plan and be organized with your workload PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Be able to stand for extended periods of time (6-7 hours) Frequent, continual, intermittent, flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying to 40lbs independently and safely POS Register and store equipment usage Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around the store Constant communication between coworkers and customers and exchanging ideas QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Run the frozen custard machine Handle/count money Make treats and items for customers’ orders Operate the cash register Basic cleaning duties Reliable transportation Ability to work nights and weekends BENEFITS Competitive wages Free meals (1 per working shift) Flexible hours No late nights Employee recognition programs Fun and friendly work environment Advancement opportunities
