Hiring AM & PM Servers

We are a high-volume, casual upscale restaurant in Santa Monica seeking a seasoned Server with a minimum of 5 years of full-service experience. Our space is large, fast-paced, and extremely busy — this role is best suited for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure and take pride in precision, teamwork, and elevated service standards.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for career servers who understand timing, flow, and guest experience at a high level.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Fine dining experience is a strong plus

Ability to handle large sections and heavy guest counts with composure

Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge

Detail-oriented with strong service standards

Team-first mentality — we operate as a tight-knit unit

Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Comfortable working in a large dining space with significant walking

Ability to lift and carry trays safely

Required Certifications:

Valid California Food Handler Card

Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
