About the role: We are searching for a diligent busser to assist and support our serving staff. As a busser, you’ll be responsible for cleaning/clearing/setting tables, ensuring that restaurant supplies and equipment are clean and maintained, as well as assisting customers with requests or complaints.

Responsibilities:
*Ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings
*Serve food and refill beverages as required
*Assist with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
*Manage the inventory of dining supplies – napkins, chopsticks, cutlery, etc.
*Move tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed
*Tidy the restaurant after service and ensure that it is prepped for the following service
*Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and safety standards
*Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations

Qualifications:
Our ideal Busser candidate will possess all of the following qualities to be considered:

*Open availability as we are open 365 days a year

*Thrives in a team environment and has the ability to work with different personalities
*Attention to detail
*Able to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
*Able to walk up and down stairs
*Able to carry up to 50 lbs
*Able to push/pull/open doors
*Able to bend, squat and lean down
*Works well under pressure and can handle stressful situations
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Maintains a high level of customer service
*Strong verbal communication abilities


Preferred Experience:
*1+ years’ experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred
*Food Handler Card and RBS certificate
