Retail Store Associate / Light Warehouse Worker/ General Labor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Retail Store Associate to assist with daily store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and light warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Stock shelves and maintain product displays
Receive and organize incoming merchandise
Keep the store and warehouse clean and organized
Assist with inventory counts and restocking
Load and unload light shipments
Provide basic customer assistance when needed
Follow safety and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous retail or warehouse experience is an asset (not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Weekends required
Pay Scale:
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overtime pay in accordance with labor laws
Performance-based raises available
