Concrete Saw Cutter

Job Description:
Schrepple Construction Team is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Saw Cutter. The right candidate should be able to work on their own and have at least five years of concrete cutting experience. We’re looking for someone who is good with tools, can solve problems as they arise, and is committed to doing a great job on every task.

Responsibilities:
• Operate concrete saws to cut concrete, asphalt, and other materials as required.
• Work independently on job sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and precise cutting.
• Troubleshoot and maintain saws and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in concrete cutting and/or similar work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
• Must be willing to follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Compensation:
• Pay is based on a piece work structure, with details to be discussed during the interview.
