Whether you're an experienced team or looking to be matched with a co-driver, we offer a driver-first culture, consistent freight, and the pay you deserve. Our dry van freight is 100% no-touch, and our routes are built for high mileage and efficient home time.

Headquartered in California with a key hub in Phoenix

We're currently offering dedicated OTR routes from Phoenix to Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Texas.

Schedule:
7–8 days on the road
Weekly home time with a full 34-hour reset

Driver Responsibilities:
Safely operate truck across long-haul routes
Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance
Plan and follow delivery schedules
Accurately maintain logs, receipts, and delivery paperwork
Comply with FMCSA regulations and company policies
Report any issues, incidents, or delays promptly

Requirements:
Valid CDL with clean driving record
2 years minimum truck driving
Proven long-haul driving experience
Comfortable using GPS and other on-board tech
Strong understanding of DOT regulations
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Reliable, safety-focused, and professional
