Now Hiring: Prep Chef (Part-Time, Daytime)

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Prep Chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team at a casual neighborhood pub in North Buffalo.

Schedule:
• Part-time, 15–20 hours per week
• Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Daytime hours only

Pay:
• $19–$22 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant prep cooking experience
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Exceptionally clean, organized, and health-code compliant
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a low-stress environment
• References required

Duties include:
• Roasting meats
• Preparing sauces
• Slicing meats and cheeses
• General prep and kitchen organization
