Part-Time Bookkeeper – Construction Experience (QuickBooks)

Small construction/contracting company seeking a part-time bookkeeper with experience in
construction bookkeeping and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities include:
Managing QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Accounts payable & receivable
Job costing and expense tracking Invoicing and progress billing
Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll coordination (experience a plus) Organizing financial
records and reports

Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks
Familiarity with construction accounting (job costing, retainage, etc.) Strong attention to detail
and organization

Ability to work independently Reliable and trustworthy

Part-time position (hours flexible)
On-site, remote, or hybrid (depending on fit) Pay based on experience
