Requirements
Minimum 10 years in Steak, Pasta, Seafood and fine dining.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong foundation, communication and organizational skills
Must possess passion and commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
Bilingual is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff performance
Maintain quality and food presentation standards
Menu development, ordering, and cost control
Train and motivate kitchen staff
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
