HVAC Installers & Helpers Needed – Mesa, AZ – $17–$21/hr

Location: Mesa, AZ (near S Sossaman Rd & E Elliott Rd)

MGR Workforce is hiring HVAC Skilled Mechanical Installers and HVAC Helpers for an active HVAC installation project in Mesa, Arizona.

⚠️ Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
⚠️ OSHA 10 is MANDATORY.
⚠️ Background check and drug screening required (completed by company).

💰 Pay:

Skilled HVAC Installer: $21/hour

HVAC Helper: $17/hour

📅 Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Start time: 7:00 AM

10–12 hour shifts daily

Occasional Saturdays

Must be able to work extended hours consistently

HVAC Skilled Mechanical Installer Responsibilities:

Install commercial and residential HVAC systems per plans

Set and secure units, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, piping

Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings

Connect mechanical components and assist with system startup

Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

Coordinate with crew and supervisors

Maintain organized and safe job site

Installer Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years HVAC installation experience

Ability to read blueprints

Physically able to lift heavy materials

Strong attendance and reliability

HVAC Helper Responsibilities:

Assist installers with HVAC system installation

Carry tools and materials

Load/unload and stage equipment

Support ductwork and unit installation

Maintain clean and safe work area

Follow OSHA and job site safety rules

Helper Requirements:

HVAC or construction experience preferred but not required

Physically able to lift heavy materials

Reliable and punctual
