Line Cook – Small Bistro in Huntington, NY

Part-Time | $21-$23/hour

A welcoming neighborhood bistro in Huntington, NY is seeking an experienced line cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality food preparation, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details:

20-30 hours per week
Primary shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (additional shifts as needed)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of line cook or related kitchen experience
Strong food preparation skills including cutting, chopping, cooking, frying, and oven roasting
Ability to maintain pace during busy service periods
Experience with inventory planning and ordering
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized station
Willingness to perform daily cleaning tasks
Reliable transportation
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Huntington, NY
