About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Warehouse Inventory Control team member to keep our warehouse running smoothly and our job sites stocked. This role blends inventory management, vehicle coordination, and occasional material deliveries. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and have a clean driving record, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track and manage all company vehicles
• Keep registrations up to date
• Schedule and track routine maintenance (oil changes, service intervals)
• Prepare and deliver materials to different job sites as needed
• Receive, label, store, and issue materials and equipment
• Use computer systems to log inventory, vehicles, and deliveries
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using computers (inventory software, spreadsheets, email)
• Ability to lift/move materials as needed and work in a warehouse environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
• Forklift experience/certification (or willingness to learn)
• Experience supporting construction or job-site operations
