This individual already functions as a trusted advisor to senior partners across AmLaw One Hundred firms and holds durable influence with public company leadership teams. Attorneys or bankers introduce their most valued clients with full confidence.
The ideal candidate brings a strong book of business, a refined communication style, and a consistent record of guiding high-quality issuers toward superior service partners. This role suits a calculated and composed performer with stamina, ambition, and genuine command of senior-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a senior representative of Transfer in meetings with corporate leadership teams and elite legal professionals
• Engage regularly with AmLaw One Hundred partners, corporate attorneys, and managing partners across major metropolitan markets
• Originate relationships with public company executives who value sophistication, reliability, and thoughtful client service
• Expand an already strong network of CEOs, CFOs, general counsel, investment bankers, and advisory professionals
• Introduce Transfer through high-level conversations
• Develop a high-value pipeline through selective outreach, targeted introductions, and consistent engagement at significant industry events
• Attend major conferences, capital markets programs, and investor gatherings with full energy and purpose
Candidate Profile
• Five to ten years of senior business development experience within capital markets, legal services, corporate services, or related advisory environments
• A meaningful book of business built through trust and performance
• A proven presence in AmLaw One Hundred offices with real influence among securities attorneys and corporate partners
• Experience working closely with public company boards, officers, and issuer leadership teams
• Exceptional communication skills supported by discipline, polish, strategic thinking, and relationship depth
• A history of meaningful growth outcomes, senior-level introductions, and sustained revenue impact
