Job Description
White Glove Restoration is hiring a Restoration Technician to help customers recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. If you’re hands-on, dependable, and take pride in doing things the right way, you’ll fit in here.
What you’ll do
Perform water mitigation and dry-out work (extraction, demo, setting/monitoring drying equipment)
Assist with fire/smoke cleanup and deodorization procedures
Support mold remediation tasks following safety standards and company protocols
Take site photos, document readings, and complete job paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members
Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and care for company vehicles and equipment
Participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response jobs
What we’re looking for
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and environments requiring PPE
Strong attention to detail and a “leave it better than you found it” mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures and safety requirements
Basic smartphone/tablet skills for photos, notes, and job documentation
Preferred (not required)
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) or willingness to obtain
Prior restoration, construction, demolition, or mitigation experience
Experience using moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, and negative air setups
