Financial Analyst & Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support our leadership team with analytical work, budgeting, reporting, and executive-level presentations. This role is highly focused and structured, ideal for someone who excels in Excel, data analysis, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Maintain and analyze Excel-based financial models and reports
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review
Create clear, professional presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) for leadership and stakeholders
Translate data into concise insights and recommendations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all reporting materials
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Proven ability to create clear, structured presentations
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
