Business assistant- involves graphic design, excel spreadsheets and mo

Looking to fill a position for a business assistant. This is for an event production company. You should be an all around skilled person for this position but there are some requirements.

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual ( English & Spanish )

-Must know photo shop , canva, illustrator or some equivalent

-Excel spreadsheets

- Must have own transportation

-Must have very free schedule

- Must be good with dealing or speaking with vendors / professionals whenther talking, on phone, or in person.

Not requirements but plus if you :

Are female

Live near Whitter

Have industry experience/ knowledge with event production, floral, photo shoots , graphic design , using power tools etc.

Part time to start but there will be times when it is full time. If you do well we can promote you to full time year round.
